Party Rules
To ensure a safe, smooth, and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review and follow our party rules below
Time & Access
· Please arrive on time. Setup and cleanup must be completed within your booked hours.
· Extra time will be charged at the hourly rate.
· If your event runs past 12:00 AM, an overnight fee of $250/hr will apply.
Guess Capacity
· Maximum allowed guests: 100 people
· Events with over 100 guests are subject to a $50/hr surcharge
Food & Drinks
· Outside food and alcohol are allowed
· Alcohol must be served responsibly. No underage drinking permitted.
Smoking & Substances
· No smoking, drugs, or vaping inside the venue
· Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas
Cleaning & Damages
· Leave the space in the same condition as received
· Trash must be bagged and ready for pickup
· Any damage or excessive mess will be charged accordingly
Restroom Rules
· Our plumbing is sensitive—no paper towels, wipes, or foreign objects in the toilet
· Use the bins provided to avoid plumbing issues
Noise & Behavior
· Be respectful of neighbors—keep noise at a reasonable level, especially in the evening
· No illegal, hazardous, or disruptive activities allowed
Photos & Media
· We may share photos/videos from your event on social media
· If you'd prefer privacy, just let us know in writing before your event
